Recipes I’m going to make this week
Or: I gained back all the weight I lost last week and we’re just going to pretend that didn’t happen so I’m going to start over and be extra healthy and stay on plan.
Yeahhh, not so great WIW today. I’m not letting it discourage me, I just need to change up a few things. Plan my food for the whole day beforehand. Remember to track on weekends and not gorge at my friend’s baby shower’s buffet (totally happened on Sunday, croissants, doughnuts, bacon. FML)

A little late since I went to the gym this morning with a friend. Good fun workout!

This Week: 226.3
Thats 4.1 lbs lost with a total of 10.7! Life is good!
Yesterday I was feeling great about how I looked.(this is very rare) So I tried to take a picture of my outfit by lifting my arm as high as I could and this is what came out. Not terrible, but taking pictures of your clothes is awkward. I’ll use a mirror next time.
