30 day shred day 1 level 1
Wow, that was intense! I say day 1 because the last time I tried it my lazy ass couldn’t finish it and I wanted to start fresh.
A few thoughts:
- I suck hard at pushups
- I need to remember to take my inhaler BEFORE doing the workout, my poor asthmatic lungs were not happy with me
- drink tons of water before because there isnt much time to do so during the workout
- Certain cardio moves were pretty painful on my knee, so I opted to run in place when the impact got too much.
Overall it was fun, and went by so quickly! I can see myself doing this daily.
