Progress?
Well, my goals kind of went out the window when I was hit with a horrid sinus cold last week. I’m over it now, but exercising everyday when your head feels like it’s going to explode is well, hard. I’ve been doing pretty well otherwise, been eating good and trying to drink enough water and remember my multivitamin every day.
I have a doctors appointment today, hopefully she can give me some advice on taking more steps to get healthy and feel better. My stomach is still really finicky, my love for spicy and acidic foods has kind of backfired on me and I take at least 3-4 tums every day. Not so awesome. I’m hoping it’s just a diet thing and not something worse but that would mean cutting out all my favorite foods, and coffee. If this is the case, I apologize in advance to all my friends for my upcoming caffeine withdrawal induced rage.
That’s all I have to say now, I’ll have more when my brain starts working properly. Lack of sleep FTL.
