Changes

Well, I need surgery on my knee. The doctor says I have torn cartilage and is referring me to an orthopedic surgeon. This also means no more unsupervised gym visits, weekly physiotherapy and a very frustrated Liz.

How the heck do I get cardio in if I have trouble walking short distances? I am terrified that this is going to begin my vicious cycle of trying to get healthy, getting injured then gaining back all the weight and falling into bad habits.

There are some serious changes that need to be made in my life, but I feel like there are so many obstacles in my way.

I REFUSE to fail again. I will do whatever it takes to make this work, I just don’t know what that is yet.
