First Workout in Ages
It was a small one at home, but I still feel awesome! It consisted of:
- Crunches
- Arms (not that much since I have to work tonight and doing hair with jelly arms is bad news bears)
- Lunges
- Leg lifts and ankle strengthening
- Me dancing like a madwoman to Robyn’s Body Talk in my living room
- TONS of stretching
Combine all that with no air conditioning in my house and hot weather, you get one sweaty Liz!
