I leave in a week and I’m in serious panic mode, hence the lack of posting. Eating wise, things have been mediocre, I still have a stomach ache every day which the doctor thinks might be a side effect of the meds I am taking, but the side effects of not taking them are just as bad. Soooo, not much I can do.
I see my trainer tomorrow. It will probably be my last workout before I leave which is unfortunate, but preparing for 5 weeks abroad is intense and time consuming. Not to mention the 2 large books I need to read to prepare.
Ugh, I am SO boring, sorry. I wish had more inspiring or health related stuff to write about, but I just don’t. I’ll try to post a couple more times before I leave but during the trip I will mostly be posting at my Travel Blog, although the internet in Johannesburg is unreliable, so who knows.
I just want to say you guys are awesome, even as I’m stressing, and generally slacking on the healthy front reading my dashboard makes me feel inspired on a daily basis.
