Q:Okay, I've gotta ask: What is the recipe for that delicious-looking quinoa pilaf?
Pretty simple actually!
1/2 cup dry Quinoa
1 cup water
1 cup fresh spinach chopped
1 tsp olive oil
Garlic Powder, Basil, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper (To taste, you can also sautee some fresh garlic and onion in the pot beforehand, but I’m lazy)
Add all ingredients to a pot, bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn the heat down to low and simmer for about 10-15 mins or when all the water is absorbed.
Enjoy!
