I’m really struggling to keep on top of things right now and I haven’t been blogging much because of it. I still feel like crap from my immunizations on Monday, I’m enjoying my monthly gift (TMI?) and haven’t gone to the gym since Saturday. I have an interview tomorrow that I need to do research for, 3 chapters worth of reading for tomorrow and 3 papers to finish before my birthday on Tuesday. Ugh.

I’m seeing my trainer this afternoon, which will either make me feel worse or better, and I’m hoping for better. It’s also good motivation to eat something healthy for lunch even though all I feel like is a whole bunch of white crusty bread with Havarti and olives.

As far as WIW goes, I gained exactly 1 lb which makes my total loss at 9.4, I know it’s probably just water weight but it kinda feels like a failure. Feeling under the weather is not good for positive thinking.
