Just think…you can replace the sugar with perhaps Stevia in the Raw, the cocoa, with unsweetened cocoa, and almond milk instead to make it a bit more healthy? Let me know if you guys try it!
I JUST made a variation of this to try it out. Super easy!
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp Sugar
1 small packet of Stevia
lots of unsweetened cocoa
1 egg
1 tsp oil
3 tbsp non fat milk
Result:
The lack of oil made it a little tough, but I was thinking it would be awesome with half a mashed banana in it. I bet it would make it much more moist.
