Goal Setting
With 45 days until I leave for South Africa, I really need to be thinking about setting a goal to reach by then. But what’s realistic? It’s taken me 2 1/2 months to lose almost 10lbs and 7 inches so do I go by that? Or do things speed up usually once you get into the swing of things?
Ideally, I wanted to be out of the 200s by May. But of course that is not doable. 27lbs in a month and a half is not healthy, right?
I want to set concrete goals and take the steps to achieve them, I’m not not sure how to go about it.
