• 10 minutes ?? Really ? I pump until they stop squirting out milk lol. I’d rather have too much milk than not enough haha. They told me at the hospital to do 15 minutes on each side when I was trying to get colostrum. But now that it’s milk I just go til they’re empty.

I tried pumping your way and wow! I got tons! It’s a lot less annoying when you don’t have to watch the clock too. I’ll never go back!
