Breakfast.
1/2 cup Quinoa
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp cinnamon (or more if you like)
1 tsp almond extract (or vanilla)
1 tbsp brown sugar
Bring to a boil, then reduce to low. cover for 10ish minutes till liquid is absorbed. Makes 2ish servings. Tasty proteiny goodness.
