I know what I’m having for breakfast!
So I started calorie counting again today. I signed up for Myfitnesspal and it seems really good so far. I’m still having trouble cutting back my carb intake though. My username is heyliz if you want to add me as a friend!
First day back to school!
Evening hike down by the river. We are so lucky to have such beautiful scenery in the heart of our city.
My amazing friend Tara just started a blog and I wanted to tell all my lovely followers that you should follow her too!
Tara is one of the strongest people I know. Despite all the craziness the universe has thrown at her, she still manages to stay positive. Like me, she wants to use her blog and the tumblr community to get inspired and motivated towards healthy living and we all know what a great place it is to do that!

I’m trying to drink my way through them but it’s tough going!
I’m drinking one for lunch right now and the whey vs. plant based protein competition is not looking good for plant based. The after taste is pretty gnarly so far.
I promise you the full low down with photos once I get to the bottom of this.

EDIT: TMI today’s variety is an absolutely NO GO - right after publishing this post I went back to drinking it and there was some definite gagging. No more for me.
I tried the Chocolate Vega one and it was disgusting. I had to choke it down and felt sick right after. Yuck.
