Saturday Night
I have the house to myself tonight. I’m making homemade seitan (will post pics a recipe late) shitake fried brown rice and fat free chocolate frozen yogurt with strawberries for dessert. I’ll probably go get a bottle of wine (I wont drink the whole thing, promise!), watch a movie and then sleep in the middle of our queen sized bed. so awesome.

Confusion
I just ordered the lettuce wraps at chilli’s then looked them up on my phone. Calorie count says they have 530 calories and 35 grams of fat. Daily plate says they are 228 calories and 8 grams of fat. Which is it? Ugh. I just wanna eat something healthy!

I didn’t wake up at 6 am, I woke up at 8. Made it to the gym by 10:30 and did 40 mins of cardio. I don’t know why I thought I could change my sleeping habits in one day. I have trouble even waking up at 8 let alone 6.
