Feeling Fat
and not so sassy. i have 100+lbs to lose and it’s been slow going.
I really need to stick with myfitnesspal for longer than 2 days at a time. Also stop eating so much damn sugar. I’m torn between doing paleo/low carb and just focusing on tracking and seeing how I do. I’ve been much more active lately which is great but my knees are so so messed up that even a short 20 minute...

Does he do well with the tomatoes? Theyre not too acidic? Ive been wanting to start Rebecca on them but Im nervous about if theyll upset her tummy.
He did pretty good, it was his first time eating them though so we will see. The only thing was that the juice made his chin a little red afterwards.

It’s actually a box spring that’s propped up because we are rearranging stuff. lol, the room is about 3 times the size of what you see in the photo.
Separation Anxiety
